Take A Look At My Pilates Facebook Page

I have been dragged kicking and screaming into the realm of Social Media. I've avoided it for a long time because I believed it was a fad that would eventually go away! Alas (I mean good!) it hasn't so I'm embracing it now before it's to late :)

I picked Facebook because almost everyone I know has one and it's an excellent platform for posting videos and other Pilates related stuff.
