How to avoid injury while skiing

This article mentions the importance of flexibility in injury prevention but misses another important benefit Pilates can give you. Pilates training aims to strengthen your "core" and other deep stability muscles giving you a more stable platform to ski from. I shall be expanding on this topic later.
